FAQs

  • What is a Bouquet subscription?

A bouquet subscription is a one-time purchase of five bouquets. Those bouquets are available for delivery or pickup once a month or bi-weekly, depending on the subscription you purchased, throughout the season. The typical season is April thru September.

  • How do I get my flowers?

You can get your flowers via delivery on Saturdays, within a five-mile radius of downtown and to the entire Kansas City Northland, or pickup. Pickups are near Highway 169 and Barry Road in Kansas City, MO on Sundays.

  • I purchased a Bouquet subscription, when will I get my flowers?

With the Bouquet Club Subscription, your flowers are available for delivery or pickup once a month or bi-weekly, depending on the subscription you purchased. Yours flowers are hand-picked in their prime so that you get the freshest and best-looking flowers. This can cause the delivery/ pickup day to change month to month, depending on the flowers and the weather.

  • What does "ecologically and environmentally friendly growing methods" mean? Are you organic or not?

While your flowers are not certified organic, they are grown using organic methods. This means that we do not use any synthetic chemicals, only organic ones. There are no pesticides ever sprayed on your flowers, not even organic ones.

  • What is a skip month?

The typical season is a six-month period of time, April thru September, and since your subscription is for 5 bouquets this allows you miss one month of bouquets. For example, if you happen to be out of town on vacation when your bouquet is ready one month, you can “skip” that month and pickup your next bouquet the following month.

  • What does "Grower's Choice" mean? Can I request specific flowers and colors?

Grower’s choice means that you will get the freshest and best looking flowers in the field for your bouquet. Because we are a small farm, we will do our best to honor your specific requests, but we cannot guarantee those flowers and/ or colors will be available.
